In this two-day workshop, we will explore the beautiful blooms of Australia in watercolour. I will introduce the students to a free and loose form of painting flowers, but the distinguishing features will be a part of the “essence” of these blooms.
During the first day, I will demonstrate different basic strokes and techniques that form a wide range of blooms, then focus on specifics for the regional flowers.
The second day, we will paint a variety of local blooms to completion. I will focus on tips and techniques that will enhance any flower to bring depth and dimension
